1. Sexual Assault Referral Centre
Contact a local Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC), or one of the Havens in London, for immediate medical and emotional support after rape or assault. Visit The Survivor Trust for more information. For Support, Advice and Info call 0808 801 0818.

2. Rape Crisis
Rape Crisis Centres provide counselling, advocacy and many other support services for women who have experienced rape and sexual abuse at any time in their lives. The Rape Crisis national helpline supports victims/survivors or those supporting them every day of the year 12 noon – 2.30pm and 7pm – 9.30pm on 0808 802 9999.
